1. To provide the integration of the users and interface. Through R1’s integration gateway and collaborative support, it integrates all accesses to multiple application systems into a rich exhibition interface.
2. Support for and integration of business flows. It integrates business flows within the application system as well as business flows among different application systems.
3. To provide the rapid development and integration of application systems. It provides a loose coupling platform by providing a service bus.
